Team Details

Brandon Poltie is our Commercial Estimator and has been part of the A1 team since December 2022. He began his career in roofing by working hands-on with one of our crews, where he developed a strong foundation in installation practices, roof repairs, and overall jobsite operations. This experience gave him valuable insight into the trade and allows him to bring a practical perspective to every project he estimates. With a true passion for roofing and a drive to grow within the industry, Brandon quickly advanced into estimating, where he now focuses on commercial projects of all sizes. His combination of field knowledge, attention to detail, and dedication to clients makes him an asset to the team. Outside of work, Brandon enjoys snowboarding, other winter sports, golfing, and spending his summers out on the water with family and friends.
