Michael Royce joined the A1 Roofing team in 2023 and quickly established himself as a key member of our estimating department. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management and Engineering, Michael brings a strong foundation in project management, cost estimation, and blueprint analysis. His ability to adapt to new technologies and deliver precise, value-driven proposals makes him a trusted resource for our clients. Passionate about construction and dedicated to continuous growth, Michael combines technical expertise with a client-focused approach to ensure successful project outcomes. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling and prioritizes health and fitness. A committed weightlifter, Michael channels his discipline and drive in the gym into the same focus and determination he brings to his professional role.
